Every organisation is different, so I start by understanding context and goals. I prioritise what matters most, shape a practical plan, and build progress in short, tangible steps. We keep learning as we go, so the work adapts and results stick.

A Personal Note

I started Stamps Strategy to bring together my executive background and my love of solving real problems with real teams. After starting my career in New York City, I now live in a small town in Western Australia and have been lucky to work across three continents. Outside of work, I spend time with family in pursuit of delicious food – sometimes in far flung locations and sometimes in our kitchen.

Miranda Stamps

I’m a strategy executive and former COO who has spent 25 years helping organisations move from ideas to action. I have worked across Technology, Education, and Food and Agriculture, both in executive roles and as a consultant. My focus is simple. Make strategy usable while the business runs, so people can make good decisions and keep momentum.
